The very simple way to calm yourself!!
Sit in a quiet place or under the tree,
Close your eyes, just listen your surrounding voices, you might listen crow or any birds voice or vehicle sound or human voice, just concentrate on their voices for at-least 5 minutes
Your mind will become calm and blissful at the end of your Dhyaan Kriya or meditation! Must Try This!
