Do I really want to be happy? If yes, then why do I keep holding on to worries, comparisons, and expectations that steal my joy? I often chase success, wealth, and approval, thinking they’ll make me happy, yet I still feel unsatisfied.

Happiness isn’t something to find—it’s something to choose. Every day, I have two options: focus on what I lack or appreciate what I have.

If I truly want happiness, I must stop seeking it in the future and start embracing the present. Be grateful, let go of negativity, and choose joy—because the choice is mine!
